Wild Flower Theory

Ikebana Sessions: November 2025

In this workshop, we’ll explore the fundamentals of Ikenobo Moribana’s harmonious balance and Jiyuka’s free, expressive flow — two contrasting yet complementing style of arrangements that invite you to find beauty in both structure and spontaneity.

What You'll Experience:

  • The poetry of ikebana — a study of balance, asymmetry, and depth — a way of arranging flowers not just in form, but in feeling.
  • Enjoy a complimentary serving Cold Brew Green Tea as part of the workshop activity, so you could slow down and unwind with flowers

You'll Take Home:

  • A suiban (Japanese water tray) and kenzan (metal flower frog)
  • A host of fresh flowers and foliage

All floral tools will be provided during the session.
No prior experience needed!

We can only host a maximum of 6 participants per session due to our quaint sized studio. Only paying customers are allowed entry into the workshops.

Changes / Cancellations

We prepare fresh flowers and materials specially for each session. Because of the advance planning and perishable nature of the blooms, all bookings for floral jamming are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend, or contact us to explore rescheduling options (subject to availability).

Thank you for understanding—we put care into making sure your experience is creative, joyful, and full of beautiful flowers!

Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions.

This is a shoes-off workshop held in a relaxed, studio-style setting — we invite you to slow down, get grounded, and create in comfort.

Care information

Flowers typically last 3-5 days in our local heat and humidity, with daily care.

To prolong the life of your arrangement, display in a cool area away from direct sunlight and draft. Remove fading blooms and yellowing leaves. Give an angled trim at the stems, and fresh water in the vase, every day.
