Are the flowers always readily available? Can you create the exact same bouquet as the picture reference?

As with all flowers, the flowers shown are seasonal and subject to availability at the time of production. Filler flowers are subject to change based on availability. Please note that all flower creations are made-to-order and are unique as each and every flower stalk have their own unique characteristics; all flowers are natural products and have some variation in size, colour, shape and length of life. It’s impossible the re-create two creations that are identically alike. Rest assured that your creation is definitely uniquely yours. We will keep in mind your selected theme and create accordingly.

 

Why can't I select my delivery for tomorrow?

As we do not produce ready stock and every bouquet is made-to-order, we would require minimally 2 working day to process all flower orders. 

    Please place your order minimum 2 days in advance prior to your desired delivery date.

    For urgent, same day, or next day deliveries, please call (65) 9710 6067 to check on flower and earliest delivery schedule availability.

     

    Do you customise floral arrangements?

    Yes, we gladly do so. Custom wrapped bouquets / vase arrangements / bloom boxes are from $139 depending on flower preference and selection. Simply email your picture reference and/or colour scheme and/or your brief to wildflowertheorysg@gmail.com with at least 3 working days in advance.

     

    Do the flowers come with a card for my message?

    Yes, every product will be delivered alongside with our signature mini card.
    Please keep your message to 300 characters to fit the card.

     

    What if my recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

    If no recipient or representative is available for the collection, the delivery personnel will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If the both recipient and sender cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.

    Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a S$20 re-direction fee by either party.

     

    How much is the delivery charge?

    Delivery is complimentary to Singapore address excluding areas like Changi Airport, Airport Cargo complex, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Sembawang Wharves, All Army camps and All PSA Ports, at indicated delivery time slots below. Delivery during peak periods such as Eves or Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may also incur additional charge.

    Should your delivery destination to be any of the restricted areas above, a surcharge of $15 on top of your order is applicable: Surcharges will be billed separately from your online order.
